The Fusion 860 Battery is built for riders who want extended range, consistent power, and smart system management. Delivering 40% more thrust and double the runtime of the MAX Power Battery, it’s engineered for long-distance foiling and demanding sessions.

Designed around a 43V architecture with 860Wh of capacity, the Fusion 860 supports hour-plus to multi-hour rides in a compact, hydrodynamic shape. The one-piece molded housing integrates the battery and nose cone into a single sealed unit, improving water flow, durability, and balance by keeping weight centered directly over the foil’s lift point.

An intelligent Bluetooth Battery Management System provides accurate data to the V3 Controller, offering clear percentage and status readouts. Through the Foil Drive App, each battery can be named, monitored for health, and checked for real-time state of charge – even alongside your surf camera feed.

Internal thermal management ensures stable temperatures and consistent power delivery throughout the entire discharge curve, maintaining smooth and predictable thrust from start to finish.

Charging and maintenance have also been streamlined. The included Battery Caddy protects the battery during transport and can automatically discharge it to recommended storage levels. Riders can use the system’s built-in heatsink for passive discharge or speed things up via the integrated USB-A and USB-C ports to charge devices like a phone, laptop, or Foil Drive controller.

The Fusion 860 charges with the supplied 43V Fusion Charger, averaging a 1.45-hour full charge. A new Storage Mode allows you to stop charging at an optimal level for long-term battery health, with recommended storage between 30-60% state of charge.
