The Sultan Wing has been designed with input from Adam Bennetts (@misterbennets) and is a result of the recent trend in the downwind SUP and prone progression. With the popularity of the longer outline and riding more streamlined boards – this narrower design is aimed at minimising surface area drag on the hull, resulting in a faster take off’s in lighter winds.
The nose of the Sultan Wing has a displacement hull running into a squarer boxy rail towards the tail to maximise stability. The volume is distributed evenly throughout which gives a nicely balanced feel when up on foil.
I got the board yesterday and rode it today. Sultan wing 75l is the most fun I’ve ever had winging, a fierce little speed needle of pleasure! Possibly the most gratifying wingfoil purchase I have made. Absolutely Beautiful board, brilliant design, looks and feels tough. You guys should be very proud. Perhaps not for everyone in this small size but I’m in love! Already thinking of my next Amos board - just fantastic!!!!!

5’10/85L Sultan Wing. Hands down the best board I’ve ever ridden in light/medium winds. I’ve had it a week and I’ve been in both super flat, light-fluky winds and medium-wind in waves. This board excels in both! I thought it was going to be super tippy given how narrow it is but I was surprised how stable she is underfoot. It’s volume distribution is perfect and sailing along in displacement mode (not foiling) is both stable and effortless.
Where this board excels is with the take offs and touch downs. It is so efficient you can get into foil in the lightest of winds and it just skips off the water on touchdowns. Moreover, when you are actually up it doesn’t feel like a big board so surfing waves is a joy (I have found wingfoiling dedicated DW boards to feel big). I have no doubt that is design is the future of wingfoiling for both racing and light/medium winds. Hats off to you Amos, exceptional board that’s both accessible and opens up conditions I wouldn’t have been able to ride before. I’d give it 10 stars out of 5.
I love this board. I am 90kg and an intermediate winger, looking to get more advanced. This board already has loosened up my turns and made tacking so much easier. The narrow profile makes it super responsive but still really stable. Almost feels like winging on a prone board. I am riding 5'7 x 20" 80ltr. I came off a 115ltr board. I've used it on flat water and then the last few days on a windswell and it has excited me every time. This is my 3rd Amos board and each time, I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality, strength and performance of these boards. 🤙🏼
